Following the selection procedure the management of the beach of the hotel des Bains was entrusted to the Venetian entrepreneurial consortium led by Alessandro Berton

Milan, 13 February 2023 – COIMA SGR – a leading independent company in the asset management of real estate investment funds on behalf of institutional investors – on behalf of the Lido di Venezia II fund (“LDV II”) has finalized the asset management agreement and recreational facilities on the Bains beach with the company DBLido Srl, a newco led by Alessandro Berton, entrepreneur and president of Unionmare Veneto, and Michela Cafarchia, hotelier and restaurateur, as well as president of the Venice Consortium and its Lido.

The Bains beach, whose state concession was renewed for 20 years with a public procedure in 2019, will be the subject of a program of redevelopment interventions, in compliance with the concession commitments and in compliance with the Detailed Plan of the Arenile dell' Lido Island.
