Graduated in Construction Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan, Luca has just assumed the role of General Manager of COIMA REM, after having covered for 8 years the position of Director in the Fund & Asset Management of COIMA SGR, a company for which he worked for 16 years. He previously gained 8 years of experience in Jacobs Italia, a leading international engineering company.

In the real estate sector for more than 20 years, he has managed funds and assets worth more than EUR 2 billion, negotiated leases for more than 100,000 sqm of space for tertiary, commercial and residential use and loans for more than 1 billion. In recent years he has served as Director of the COIMA ESG City Impact Fund, the largest discretionary fund set up in Italy with a target fund size of EUR 1 billion, and Fondo Porta Romana, which owns the eponymous yard involved in an urban redevelopment project that will host the future Olympic Village for the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics and over 1,000 flats between free and subsidized.

Franco Gerbino is Development Management Managing Director of COIMA REM, and supervises the development and redevelopment of real estate portfolios. Gerbino joined COIMA in 2007 and initially handled project management activities before moving to development and value-added initiatives, including the Porta Nuova, Isozaki Tower, Feltrinelli Porta Volta, Lido di Venezia and Palazzo Aporti projects.

Before joining COIMA, he graduated in Civil Engineering from Politecnico of Milan and worked for Italian Development Management and Project & Construction Management companies. Gerbino followed the most important real estate developments in the Milan area for national and international investors. He gained many years of international experience in Ireland and Switzerland, working with leading companies in the Construction and General Contracting sectors.

Graduated in Architecture and Building Production at the Politecnico di Milano, Samuel is Director of Property Management of COIMA REM.
Before joining COIMA, he held the role of Key Account Manager at a Facility Management company, dealing with the management of real estate assets distributed throughout the Italian territory on behalf of a leading consultancy firm.

Samuel joined COIMA in 2015 in the role of Facility Manager, he initially dealt with the technical management of the Porta Nuova Garibaldi project, and then became the contact person for the Property Management activities of the entire portfolio of COIMA RES, a listed company of the group.

Chartered Engineer (C.Eng. MCIBSE) in the UK and member of the Advisory Board of the DABC department of Politecnico di Milano, Stefano Corbella is Sustainability Officer of COIMA. He has worked in London and Milan at leading consulting firms, including Hilson Moran and ARUP, contributing to the development of sustainability strategies for urban regeneration projects, including Porta Nuova in Milan, and with many years of experience in the development of decarbonization plans for Real Estate Investment Funds in the United Kingdom and Italy.

In COIMA he contributes to the integration of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues at Corporate and Investment Fund level. He is responsible for developing regulatory ESG reporting (SFDR) and voluntary ESG reporting with the Sustainability Report.

Graduated in Banking, Insurance and Financial Economics from Università Cattolica di Milano, with a Master in Planning and Management Control, Cristian Signoretto is Senior Manager of the Finance Department of COIMA REM.
He gained over ten years of experience in the administrative and management control fields, also as a startup consultant.

Graduated in Economics and Law from Università Cattolica di Milano, Alessandra joined the company in 2007 and until 2015 she managed the activities of the Finance area. Subsequently, she continued her experience in the Human Resources area where she holds the role of Senior HR Manager of COIMA REM S.r.l.
In her previous experience she worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for 4 years as an auditor.
