Graduated in Construction Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan, Luca has just assumed the role of General Manager of COIMA REM, after having covered for 8 years the position of Director in the Fund & Asset Management of COIMA SGR, a company for which he worked for 16 years.
He previously gained 8 years of experience in Jacobs Italia, a leading international engineering company.
In the real estate sector for more than 20 years, he has managed funds and assets worth more than EUR 2 billion, negotiated leases for more than 100,000 sqm of space for tertiary, commercial and residential use and loans for more than 1 billion. In recent years he has served as Director of the COIMA ESG City Impact Fund, the largest discretionary fund set up in Italy with a target fund size of EUR 1 billion, and Fondo Porta Romana, which owns the eponymous yard involved in an urban redevelopment project that will host the future Olympic Village for the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics and over 1,000 flats between free and subsidized.
