The project favours an urban design, developed in collaboration with the municipal administration and the Lombardy Region in order to contribute to the development of the district, in line with the same criteria used for the regeneration of Porta Nuova, focusing in particular on the existing pedestrian areas and favouring functions that can enliven the neighbourhood and integrate as part of the city.
