Acquisition of BNL Headquarters in Piazza San Fedele in Milan. The transaction was completed in conjunction with the transfer of the banking group headquarter’s in the Diamond Tower of Porta Nuova.
The prestigious building in Piazza San Fedele is spread over six floors with a total area of about 10,000 square meters, in the historical city center, adjacent to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and Piazza della Scala and will be the subject of a redevelopment project.
